The Duluth-Superior Metropolitan Interstate Council (MIC) has prepared a Draft Calendar Year 2017-2020 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the Superior Urbanized Area.
A TIP lists all roadway, rail, transit and other transportation related projects in the Superior metropolitan planning area that are scheduled to receive federal funds. Formal public comments on the draft TIP can be made beginning August 26, 2016 through September 26, 2016. Comments are welcomed at a public informational display to be held on Monday, September 6, 2016 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at the Government Center “Atrium” (1316 N. 14th Street, Superior, WI) or at the MIC meeting on October 19, 2016 beginning at 6:30pm at the Hampton Inn, 310 Canal Park Drive, Duluth MN.
