Northwest Regional Planning Commission is seeking applicants for the Accounting & Loan Administration Specialist position. The work of the Accounting & Loan Administration Specialist involves financial accounting; preparing vouchers, receipts, deposits, and journal and payroll entries; preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; assisting in preparation of annual budgets; and other accounting tasks. The position also involves supporting loan fund activities of the organization and its affiliates, including, but not limited to, maintaining loan files and loan reporting; preparing and recording loan documents and security agreements; serving as a secretary to loan boards; preparing board agendas, meeting packets, minutes, and other correspondence; and is responsible for client billing and collections.
This position requires a minimum of an associate degree in accounting or related field with two years of experience which would provide the essential knowledge, skills, and abilities.
