The Northwest Regional Planning Commission approved the Title VI Non-Discrimination Program and Limited -English Proficiency Plan at their meeting on October 25, 2023. The Northwest Regional Planning Commission, as a recipient of federal financial assistance, will ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 C.F.R. Part 21 (Department of Transportation Regulations for the Implementation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964); 49 CFR Part 21; and related statutes and regulations. The Northwest Regional Planning Commission acknowledges it is subject to and will comply with Federal Highway Administration Title VI Assurances.
