Private funds along with funding from the Douglas County Revolving Loan Fund and NWBDC were used to help the business expand its operations in the City of Superior.
Northwest Affordable Housing, who provides funding assistance to qualified clients in the Counties of Burnett, Washburn, Sawyer, Rusk, Price, Taylor, Iron, Ashland, Bayfield and Douglas, announces financial assistance in the form of a zero percent interest, deferred payment loan for housing rehabilitation or to purchase a home. The borrower pays the loan back once the dwelling no longer remains the owners principal place of residence. Projects include: roofing, siding, heating, electrical, windows and doors, insulation, foundation, sewer, septic and wells, and handicapped accessibility.
