The Northwest Wisconsin Business Development Corporation (NWBDC) awarded startup loan funding to leverage a private bank award to Brandon Rizzo who started White Birch Property Management, LLC (WBPM).
Brandon Rizzo started
WBPM officially in October 2017. The business has been in the planning for years, and took off like a fresh shoot in the spring when the snow finally cleared. Rizzo feels that it took courage and strong will to go out and sell his abilities to obtain the accounts he has secured after the first year of operation.
“All of the current customers are very happy with their service and have seen many referrals from clients,” Rizzo said. He also feels the growth is directly attributed to the work ethic and quality of workmanship. Rizzo has six years of lawn and snow removal experience and fifteen years of customer service experience.
Continual research of the markets
WBPM operates is key to staying competitive and one step ahead of the competition. WBPM operates top of the line equipment to ensure speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality. WBPM’s initial investment was researched heavily prior to purchasing to get the best quality and return on investment.
The acquisition of the final equipment with the NWBDC proceeds has opened many new avenues for services provided.
“With this equipment [WBPM] has become more efficient in services currently provided and allows the company to take on larger projects. I’m very thankful for the opportunity offered to my business,” Rizzo stated.
NWBDC’s revolving loan funding provided the needed leverage to fund the startup of White Birch Property Management, LLC. This project is expected to create 1.5 jobs in Trego, Wisconsin.
